- Orders are processed within 7 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- In case of high demand or delays, we will notify you by email.
2. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected method.
- Free shipping may be available on orders above Rs. 2000/-.
3. Order Tracking
- Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
- Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.
4. Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship within India.
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or restricted countries.
- Certain products may have additional shipping restrictions due to local regulations.
5. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
- We are not liable for delays once the package is with the carrier.
- If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days at mediacare@neuearth.in with your order number and photos.
- We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
