1. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, provided they have not yet been shipped.
- Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
- To request a cancellation, contact us at mediacare@neuearth.in with your order number.
2. Returns & Refunds
- Due to hygiene and safety standards, opened or used beauty/personal care products cannot be returned.
- We accept returns only for:
- Unopened and unused products in original packaging.
- Incorrect or defective items received.
- Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
3. Return Process
- Contact our customer support at mediacare@neuearth.in with your order number and reason for return.
- If approved, you will receive return instructions and a return authorization.
- Products must be shipped back within 15 days of return approval.
- Once received and inspected, we will notify you of refund approval or rejection.
4. Refund Method
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective product).
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise specified.
5. Exchanges
- If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will replace it at no extra cost.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Opened or used beauty/personal care products.
- Gift cards and promotional items.
- Clearance or final sale items.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
